The most coveted prize in Arizona
For 35 years, The Wallace and Ladmo Show ran on KPHO Channel 5 in Phoenix, and kids across the Valley watched it before and after school. It was one of the longest-running children’s shows in American television.
Ladmo handed out a plain brown paper sack stuffed with candy, toys, and treats. Kids in the studio audience won them, and kids at home hoped to hear their names called. Getting a Ladmo Bag was a big deal. Plenty of grown Arizonans still remember the day they got theirs.

- Fill it
Candy, a whistle, a yo-yo, a coupon for a burger. Fold the top over and hand it out.
